Nathan Felsberg

856-881-3661 x101

Background: I was born and raised in South Jersey. I’ve been involved in Chestnut Assembly of God’s children’s ministry, NJ/NY Kid’s Camp, NJ Royal Rangers for over 10 years and worked for Radio Disney Philadelphia for a number of years. I believe every child deserves a chance to know a loving God and hope to continually inspire parents to embrace their biblical calling of modeling faith for their children.

Sports/Hobbies: I enjoy soccer, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, hunting, camping, canoeing/kayaking, hiking, pretty much anything outdoors. I also thoroughly enjoy working with leathercraft.

Music: I listen to mostly country and electronic music, but enjoy some stuff from almost any genre.

Books: The Bible stands as the best book ever put together over the years, other than that I enjoy novels like: The Lord of The Rings – J.R.R. Tolkien, The Chronicles of Narnia – C.S. Lewis, or Historical Fiction like: The Kane Chronicles, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and The Heroes of Olympus – Rick Riordan, The Sacketts series, The Walking Drum, Last of The Breed – Louise L’Amour, The Indians Of New Jersey – Mark Raymond Harrington, or just fiction like The Shack – Paul Young.

Favorite Food: Pizza, Ice Cream, Tacos, Food.

A Great Day: Hunting in the mountains somewhere with a packed lunch and a good hike with good company, or a rainy day drinking coffee eating chocolate chip cookies and reading or binge watching a favorite television show. (I’ve found it’s never quite what you do that matters, but who you do it with.)

Life Verse: Man, all of The Word is good, my dad did a great job of making his children memorize it while we were young. “All scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” –2 Tim. 3:16. All of the Bible is good, and applicable to daily life, and if you study and read into it you will find the greatest love story the world has ever seen. I feel that there are many “Life Verses” but I will point out this one: “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is Love. In this the love of God was manifested towards us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.” – 1 John 4:7-9.
